Wow, has it really been a month already?
Typically when I’m on a diet I’m counting the days and stressing about what I can/can’t eat. Not this time! I have finally found a diet plan that works for me.
So, how am I doing?
That’s a total of 16 Inches lost in one month’s time!
I have lost 7 inches on my waist, 2 inches on my hips, 4 inches on my thighs, 1 inch on my arms and 2 inches on my chest! I couldn’t be happier to be writing this post right now! Not long ago, I would have never thought this would have been possible. I have so much more energy and motivation now.
Can you see the difference? I feel SO much better showing you these photos than I did the first. I can’t wait to show you my photos next month!
