I’m on the ball this week and I have all of our menus planned out. Do you do this, or do you just sort of wing it each night?
This year I want to be more prepared and less of a procrastinator. That’s right! I’m not making it a resolution so to speak, but I am making it a goal. Is that the same thing? I feel like I stick with goals much better than resolutions, so I’m going with the goal.
With that being said, our weekly menu (in no particular order–baby steps, I’ll figure it out)…
Lasagna, Corn and Garlic Bread
Beef Stew & Biscuits (We actually had this tonight as it was quick and easy and I’m not feeling well).
Vegetable Soup and Bread
Tacos and Beans and Rice
Homemade pizzas (the boys have a lot of fun with this and we like to save this for Friday night movie nights).
Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes
Biscuits and Sausage Gravy
