Shaklee 180 and YOU!

As most of you already know, I was taking part in the Shaklee Cinch weight loss program over the last 6 months (from June-December) and I have lost quite a bit of weight, 30 pounds and 31 inches to be exact, please take a minute to read about my before and after weight loss. For those of you that have been following along with my weight loss, you know that I have had my struggles, my ups and my downs, but I have been pushing forward and continuing to reach my goal. Has it been easy? Heck no! But, that's no reason to give up. I knew that with dedication and hard work I could achieve what I had set out to do, and THAT was my plan. I won't lie, I felt like giving up on several occasions, and there were times when I hid in the other room and enjoyed something sinful, something that was not on my diet menu. Weight Loss in Photos—6 Months Worth! #Cinchspiration

I know I have been talking about my weight quite a bit for the past 6 months, but it's honestly been something I have been struggling with for quite some time now. Ever since I have had children I have felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I have never felt beautiful or complete, and that is why I signed up to take part in the Shaklee Cinch challenge. I won't lie when I say that I was shocked to have been chosen as one of the 50 bloggers to take part in this challenge. It's really been a lot more than a challenge though (although it hasn't been easy and I have definitely had my challenges), but this opportunity has been a real blessing for myself and my family. I find myself feeling less stressed and having a lot more energy. I am doing more with my boys and am feeling happier and healthier. My life has truly changed...for the good. How I Lost the Weight in Just 6 Months #Shakleehq #Cinchspiration

I'm just going to start from the beginning. I would like for you take a minute to really get the full picture of who I was and who I am now, and why the Cinch Inch Loss plan means so much to me. When I graduated high school rather than going off to college like many of my friends were, I chose to go to modeling/acting school. Many people thought that I was wasting my money by doing something that wouldn't last throughout my lifetime, however I was determined to prove them wrong. I used my money that I had saved for this and I was going to put forth every effort in order to make it work. I had a lot of fun for a couple of years and it was great for my self esteem. 4 Month Shaklee #Cinchspiration Update

No way can we be starting our 5th month already! While I have not lost a ton of weight this month, I'm still pretty proud of the way my body is starting to look and feel. The Cinch Inch Loss plan has been more than a diet for me. It really has been a life changing experience. I am now smaller than I have been in 13 years! I have had 5 boys and honestly I was beginning to think that I would never have my body back. I had given up the hope of ever wearing a bikini again. I feel truly blessed to have been given the chance to try the Cinch products out. I am the type of Mom that feels bad when I spend money on myself. Now that I know that the Cinch program works I would totally spend my money on it! As a matter of fact, I have all intentions of staying on the maintenance plan and will probably be a Shaklee Member for life now! Weight Loss…

I admit it...I failed! I started the Cinch Weight Loss program and was doing wonderful. I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, felt great and had a ton of energy. And then it happened...one of the kids got sick, I was tired and I started to slack. By the time all of the boys had gone through the sickness another sickness was going through our house, which left me even more tired. What should I have done?I can answer that myself! I should have continued the diet! Why? Because I had already lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, had a ton of energy and was feeling really good about myself! Plus, my pants felt loose! While I want to be honest about the fact that I gave up after a couple of weeks, I also want to say that I don't feel near as good as I did when I was taking those wonderful 3-in-1 Boost Pills! I'm thinking about starting back up on the pills, exercise and watching my portion intake and calories. I didn't do well with the shakes. I'm not going … [Read more...]
