Uh-Oh Spaghetti O!

Did the title throw you off? As a parent, we sometime start talking like our kids might, and this was how I felt when I stepped on the scale this morning. My transformation was going great, up until this week. Why did things change? I got bored with the foods I was eating and I had temptation in front of me. Rather than search for new healthy foods, I turned towards the temptation. I'm human, it happens. However, I'm not happy about it. I plan to make this week and the coming weeks much better because I do NOT want to see the numbers on the scale going UP! Do you set goals for yourself? I do. I feel that is the only way I am going to accomplish what I have set out to accomplish. So, my goal for this week is to lose the pounds that I have gained back. I plan to exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY. Up For a Challenge?

Today one of my #Cinchspiration girls challenged me to do 45 squats and 45 lunges. I'm not going to lie to you, I'm really bad about finding time to exercise. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty surprised I have lost so much weight so quickly on the Shaklee Cinch diet. How much weight have I lost? Well, I was stuck at 16 pounds for about a week. That's when one of my Cinch pals put up a challenge, an exercise challenge. Now, I wasn't fond of doing all of the squats Sadie was proposing we do, however I'm always up for a challenge and I couldn't be the only one not competing! So, I did the squats. It wasn't so bad. Today Maribel asked us to do 45 squats and 45 lunges and I knew right away I was going to take her up on that challenge! As one of my other Cinch gals has stated, I wanted to make my fat cry! One Month #Cinchspiration Update…

Wow, has it really been a month already? Typically when I'm on a diet I'm counting the days and stressing about what I can/can't eat. Not this time! I have finally found a diet plan that works for me. So, how am I doing? That's a total of 16 Inches lost in one month's time! I have lost 7 inches on my waist, 2 inches on my hips, 4 inches on my thighs, 1 inch on my arms and 2 inches on my chest! I couldn't be happier to be writing this post right now! Not long ago, I would have never thought this would have been possible. I have so much more energy and motivation now. Can you see the difference? I feel SO much better showing you these photos than I did the first. I can't wait to show you my photos next month! Dieting a Cinch?

I honestly never thought I would say that any diet is a Cinch. But, here I am ready to tell you all how easy it has been to stay on track with the Shaklee Cinch Inch Loss plan. I'm going to be honest with you, for about the first 2-3 weeks of any diet I do fine, but after that I tend to give up. Anything after the first couple of weeks becomes a challenge. I start feeling like I'm depriving my body and I tend to want to overeat because all I can think about is sweets and treats that I'm not allowing myself to have. So, here we are, into our 3rd week (wow, that first 3 weeks went fast!) and I'm still feeling as motivated and ready to take on this challenge as I was the day I started. My body is showing signs of weight loss and people are starting to take notice, and I love that! So, I'm sure you would like to know my stats and how I'm staying on track, right? First Week Weigh In #Cinchspiration

It has been one whole week since I started on the Shaklee Cinch Program. I plan to take measurements once a month, however I will weigh-in and post results from the scale once a week. I’m Cinchin’ and I’m Lovin’ It!

Most diets are hard, right? I think so! As a matter of fact, I always think the first week is the hardest. I often find myself daydreaming about food and even obsessing. I feel like I'm starving and depriving my body. Why do that to yourself? Who knows, but we do! We feel like if we semi-starve our bodies for a bit they will get used to it and it will be easier for us to lose weight. That's not always true though. Without the right nutrients and care you can really cause your body a lot of  harm. Today is day 5 of my Journey with the Shaklee Cinch Program. Not only do I feel great (I have SO much more energy then I have in months) but I also don't feel hungry. That's right! It's only day 5 and yet I don't like I'm starving my body and depriving it of what it needs. Why? Because I'm actually following a proven diet program that really works without depriving your body. It’s a Cinch-Day 1

Today is the day... The first day of my Cinch Journey! I could not be more excited to share this journey with my loyal fans. Not only is it motivating me to do my best, but I hope to have some of you follow along--I want to hear YOUR weight loss stories! Growing up I was the oldest of 3 girls. I was always very thin and never had a problem with weight. My sisters would sometimes get mad at me because I could eat and eat and it didn't matter. Fast forward a few years...My husband and I got married when I was just 18 years old. I weighed in at 118 pounds on my wedding day. A year later I gave birth to our first born (he's almost 12 now.)
